Majoring in Mathematics and Statistics Through a Heritage Degree - 3rd Year

In order to major in mathematics and statistics, you are required to complete at least 50 points of third year in Mathematics and Statistics (see Note 1). At least 50 points must be as specified in one of the specialisations given on the right. When choosing third year subjects students are advised to also explore fourth year Mathematics and Statistics options as you may choose to continue on with your studies.

Note 1: For the Specialisation of Mathematical Physics students are required to do at least 25 points of Mathematics and Statistics and at least 25 points of Physics at third year level.
