Course Advice for Re-enrolment

We provide a General Information Session and Individual Course Advice for students during October (details below). All students who are planning to do any mathematics and statistics subjects and especially those who plan to major in Mathematics and Statistics are encouraged to obtain course advice. Students who

will need to seek individual course advice. Such students will be affected by the transition from Heritage to New Generation subjects and therefore need a personalised course plan.

General Information Session for 2008 and beyond

When: 1-2.15 pm Friday 12th October 2007
Where: JH Michell Theatre, Richard Berry
Format: Lecture type presentations, question and answer time.
Who should attend:

  • Students seeking general information about 200 and 300 level mathematics and statistics subjects;
  • Students seeking general information about specialisations within the Mathematics and Statistics major.

Individual Course Advice Sessions

When:

  • 1 - 4 pm on Monday 15th October
  • 10 am - 2 pm on Tuesday 16th October
  • 1 - 4 pm on Wednesday 17th October

Where: Staff Tea Room, Ground Floor, Richard Berry (opposite assignment boxes)
Format: Individual consultation with course advisors.
Please Note: Students need to make an appointment for individual course advice at the Mathematics and Statistics General Office, Ground Floor, Richard Berry Building. They may do so from Wednesday 10th October.
